Initial Consultation/Appointment
To begin your journey with us, an initial consultation is required. This first appointment helps us understand your specific needs and goals. During the session, we’ll assess areas such as sensory processing, motor skills, behaviour, and daily living abilities to build a personalised plan that aligns with your goals.
For a full breakdown of what’s involved in the initial process and pricing, please contact us for our complete price guide.
Therapy Services
Our therapy sessions are delivered across various settings to best support clients needs, including in-home, community, school environments, via telehealth, or any other appropriate setting. This flexibility allows us to create a supportive environment tailored to each client's goals and preferences.
Following an initial assessment, we will develop a personalised therapy plan to determine the frequency and duration of ongoing OT sessions. This individualised approach ensures that services are designed around each client’s unique goals, with costs varying based on these tailored recommendations.
A standard face-to-face therapy session typically includes:
45 minutes of direct therapy with the client.
15 minutes for case note documentation, ensuring that progress is accurately recorded and reflected in ongoing planning.
Additional time for session preparation and travel fees to and from the client's location may also apply, depending on the session specifics.
-
You may notice items listed on an invoice from a date other than an actual appointment date. These are the services we carry out for you behind the scenes.
Clinician’s will always ensure you are aware of NF2F activities before they occur, why they represent value for money, and why they are reasonable and necessary.
Non-Face-to-Face Support Provisions are charged hourly, based on the current NDIS rate of $193.99.
Review of documentation – review documents related to the client such as previous therapy reports, medical reports, diagnostic reports, school reports and other health related reports, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the client’s history and needs.
Communication with relevant stakeholders – we engage with relevant stakeholders, including other service providers, family members, or support networks, to share our clinical expertise as needed. This collaboration may involve phone calls, video calls, or emails to ensure consistent and coordinated care.
Resource development – creating materials to support therapy goals across home, school, or community settings. These may include personalised worksheets, educational activities, visual aids, or communication tools that reinforce skill-building and enhance the clients daily routines.
Report writing – we provide written reports as needed to communicate the client’s progress, support goals, and other relevant details. This includes reports required by the NDIS, summary reports after assessments, or other documentation to aid in program planning and review.
-
Please note, all services are charged in line with the NDIS pricing guide and subject to change with future NDIS pricing guide changes. The current hourly rates are:
Occupational Therapy – $193.99 per hour
Length of services may vary and are dependent on multiple factors such as distance of travel, complexity of needs and client’s requirements*
-
Our clinicians strive to keep travel charges minimal, following NDIS guidelines:
Rate: $193.99 per hour, as per the NDIS guideline.
Time Limit: Travel charges are capped at 30 minutes each way (up to 1 hour total) for travel to and from the client’s location.
Cost Sharing: When visiting multiple clients on the same day, travel costs are shared proportionately among all clients, ensuring fair distribution and minimising individual expenses.
-
To ensure that all clients receive timely support, we require at least 48 hours (2 days) notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This policy allows us to manage scheduling effectively and offer appointment times to other clients in need of services.
Late Cancellations: If we do not receive notice 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, the full cost of the session, including preparation, and any additional setup time, will be charged. This applies to both in-person and telehealth sessions.
No-Show Policy: If your therapist arrives at the scheduled appointment location and you (or your child) are not present, with no prior notification, the entire session fee including travel and preparation time will be charged at 100% of the scheduled rate.
To avoid these fees, please reschedule as soon as possible if you or your child are unwell or unable to attend the appointment. We encourage rescheduling whenever possible to maintain continuity of care and avoid the cancellation charge.

Meet your OT’s
Hi, my name is Jennie, a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist with a heart for helping individuals of all ages achieve their full potential. I graduated from Deakin University with an Honours Degree and had the privilege of publishing a journal article in the British Journal of Occupational Therapy, exploring “the relationship between school-age children’s screen time, social participation, and physical activity.”
With a special interest in neurological conditions, capacity building and equipment prescription, I bring a compassionate and client-centered approach to every interaction. I believe that every individual is unique, and tailor my support to meet their specific needs and goals. I strive to create a safe space where everyone feels truly heard, valued, and supported as they work toward their goals.
As a bilingual therapist in Vietnamese, I’m grateful for the opportunity to connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering communication that feels natural and comforting.
People often describe me as kind, compassionate, and approachable, and these values guide everything I do. Outside of work, I love traveling, cooking different cuisines, and spending time with my adorable bichoodle dog, Suga.
I would be honoured to work with you or your loved one on a journey to greater independence, and I look forward to being part of your success story!

Ariel is passionate about helping her clients work towards their goals and improve their capacity to participate in everyday life. Her interventions focus on areas such as self-care and daily living skills, sensory regulation, emotional and self-regulation, social skills, executive functioning, fine and gross motor skills, assistive technology recommendations, and basic home modifications.
Ariel values creating a safe and respectful space where clients feel heard and supported. She adopts a holistic, collaborative, and client-centred approach in her practice.
Outside of work, Ariel enjoys travelling and spending time with her miniature dachshund, Yuzu. She is also an avid coffee enthusiast who loves brewing coffee with her partner in their coffee corner.
